Orders:Orders may be placed online, by phone, fax, or email. EmptyPaintCans.com Divison of The Cary Company requires a $35 minimum order. This amount does not include the cost of shipping.

Payment Options:EmptyPaintCans.com Divison of The Cary Company accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also apply for credit terms by faxing credit and bank references to 630-691-5160. Orders requesting credit terms for the first time may take 3-5 days to process. Credit Card orders can ship in 24 hours.

Prices:Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices billed will be those in effect at time of shipment. Please call 630-376-2400 for current prices, or emailsales@emptypaintcans.com .

Product Specifications: Although this website is constantly updated, product specs are subject to change without notice.

Less than case repackaging charge:If less than a full case is ordered, the item is subject to a $5.00 repackaging/handling charge for each carton needed to repack the item.

Freight Charges & Claims:Claims for missing items or damage in transit should be made upon receipt of the goods with EmptyPaintCans.com Divison of The Cary Company. Delays in notification may lead to a longer timetable for resolution. Make sure to document all findings, as well as taking digital photos of any damages.

Returns:No item shall be returned without proper return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. If a return is required please contact customer service at 630-376-2400 and a RMA or Return Authorization number will be provided, along with details on how to proceed with the return.All returns and/or claims must be made within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee.
